Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your new purchase. We would love to see how it looks in your home. Please feel free to tag us or send us any photos.
However, we understand that it may not be quite right for your home. Because of this we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Please note this excludes sale items. Please ensure you return your item unused and in their original packaging.
Returns and Refunds
We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for items that are damaged or marked. Please contact us here at info@bondidecor.com.au to notify us of your return.
Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.
Damaged Items
We check all items up to our standard but things can happen on the way to your home. If on delivery it is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and we will replace the item or offer a refund. We do require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we encourage you to place a new order through our website.
